About Me...

My name is Bridget Fauteux (She/Her)

I've spent more than 18 years helping people make sense of nutrition. My approach is simple: question assumptions, follow the evidence, and recognize that health is more nuanced than calories, willpower, or the latest trend.

Nutrition isn't just about food. It's about psychology, physiology, behaviour, environment, and the barriers people face every day. That's why my work goes beyond meal plans and nutrition advice. I help people understand why they're struggling, what's actually supported by the evidence, and what changes are most likely to make a meaningful difference.

I'm known for challenging nutrition myths, asking difficult questions, and translating complex research into practical strategies that people can use with confidence. I don't promote fear, guilt, or quick fixes. I encourage critical thinking, honest conversations, and realistic expectations grounded in science.

My work spans coaching, professional education, public speaking, writing, and media. Whether I'm working with one client or speaking to a room of health professionals, my goal is the same: to give people the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions without adding to the noise.

I'm passionate about making nutrition science accessible. That commitment has led to opportunities to educate audiences across Canada through conferences, guest lectures, media interviews, podcasts, industry publications, and community events. A selection of those appearances is featured below.
