We provide professional online coaching to Canadians and Americans designed to help you reach your health goals through a counselling approach. We work with each client to custom design a program that reflects their short and long-term goals. The counselling process is interdisciplinary but consists of three functional parts: goal setting, education, and work between sessions. Your long term success comes from changing your daily habits, and this is best done through one on one counselling. Our coaching services are covered by most insurance companies, such as Green Shield, Manulife, Great West Life and more, look for nutritional counselling.
